
Ingredients: Arbi,onion,r.chillies,ginger,garlic,saunf/aniseed, tomatoes(optional),chillie powder,turmeric powder,salt and oil . Method: step 1: Pressure cook arbi for 1 whistle.after that take it and remove the skin and cut into long pieces and deep fry till golden brown. step 2: grind onion,r chilli,ginger,garlic,saunf,into fine paste. Step 3: heat oil in a pan and add the paste(step 2) and saute it finely,until golden brown.then add the fried arbi,to this and addlittle oil if needed,and aslo sprinkle some water so that both mixture goes well,add cook it for 1 -2 sec. and then relish it with sambhar ,rasam,curd rice and also with variety rice(lemon rice,tomato rice,coconut rice,etc)
